Legacy Patterns

This page documents design patterns that were developed before the creation of the design system. They may be inconsistent or incomplete. All efforts should be made to update these patterns and bring them into the design system proper.

Boxy

A raised gray box that holds content supplementary to the main content of the page.

Do

• Make sure any text on top of the gray background has sufficient color contrast.

Don’t

• Place too much content inside a Boxy. They should be short snippets of supplementary content.
